Overview

The Montgomery Public Library is a branch library of the Waseca-Le Sueur Regional Library System.  It anchors the south end of Montgomery’s Historic Downtown on the corner of 1st St. S and Oak Ave. SE and is located at 103 Oak Ave. SE.  

Library System Mission

  •  To serve Waseca and Le Sueur counties as a safe center of reliable information, cultural enrichment, and entertainment.
  • To provide equal access to ideas and knowledge through our collection, services, and programming in order to promote the joy of lifelong learning, spark curiosity, and encourage the love of reading.

To support the Montgomery Public Library, consider joining the Montgomery Area Friends of the Library. The Friends are involved in various fundraising projects throughout the year to raise money for library materials and programming.
