Does the city require permits for a peddler and/or soliciting license?
Yes, the City requires a permit for a person to conduct business as a peddler, solicitor, or transient merchant within the city limits. The City also requires a permit from the County if required. An application for a license shall be made at least 14 regular business days before the applicant desires to begin conducting business. For further information, please refer to Chapter 6.
