Permit Applications
Applications are available to those who may be constructing new homes or making improvements to existing homes. These documents may be downloaded from this web site, printed out, completed and faxed to 507.364.5371, or dropped off at City Hall. Please note that many of these documents are in PDF format and require Acrobat Reader for viewing.
Effective June 18th, 2021, the City of Montgomery turned over the electrical permitting process to the State of Minnesota. We will no longer be handling the issuing of permits and inspecting of electrical work through the City. Permits must now be applied for through the State, at the Department of Labor and Industry website, www.dli.mn.gov.
